Excellent overnight stay to break up the travel. Clean and quiet room. Breakfast was standard but dining room staff kept food well stocked, constantly cleaning tables with awesome customer service. Only complaint is that this property has no elevator so could be challenging for some..

I enjoyed my stay at this property. It's a great place to stay in Richfield. One thing we encountered was that on the exit on the side of the hotel to leads to the Black Bear Restaurant, there wasn't a handicap ramp to be able to easily exit the hotel and go to the restaurant. We had to go out the front of the hotel; we could have gone to the back as well. Maybe add a handicap ramp on that side of the hotel? Otherwise, we had a great stay!
