This property was great! Awesome if you have kids because of the pool and game room. Breakfast was good too. The bathroom area in the room was small and needs updating but otherwise they have done an amazing job renovating the place! We come to Tri-cities every summer for softball tournaments and we will be back!

The staff was very nice. Room was ok, they have tried to update this very old hotel. Bathroom was in ok condition, didnt take a shower. The skunk smell outside was pretty bad but this area is known for that. Room was quiet.

Cute decor, nice staff, but not worth the cost

Staff were super nice, however for the price, I don't think the room is worth it. I usually stay at Richland Inn & Suites for quite a bit less and their rooms are equal in size, overall cleanliness, and amenities if you're traveling for business. I actually think they have bigger tv's and nicer bathrooms.

Awesome. Good price, lots of fun.

We loved it. Fun, easy going environment. Helpful staff. Having a hotel circling a pool is AWESOME. We loved it. If i were on a date or something, I might not enjoy the noise but we specifically were here for it. Will definitely come again. * the rooms get cold AF. That deserves 5 stars in itself
