This place is amazing. In the fan a quick walk or uber to great sights and restaurants. Place is super clean and comfortable including the beds. Host was extremely responsive to questions within minutes.

Three of us spent three days (two nights) at Floyd's FAN-tastic Retreat, and we found it to be truly excellent. Despite the August heat, the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. The three upstairs bedrooms were impressively well-appointed, fresh, and completely clean. The two bathrooms were equally pristine.The neighborhood proved to be wonderfully quiet, filled with attractive, well-maintained homes. Parking was conveniently easy, which we appreciated.The kitchen was genuinely impressive! This modern space featured a smart layout and a complete selection of high-quality pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and cooking utensils. We were pleased to discover two Keurig coffee makers—one for large pods and one for small—which satisfied everyone's preferences perfectly.Outlets were strategically placed throughout the unit, making it easy to charge our electronics without any hassle.The décor was tastefully done—pleasant and sophisticated without being overdone, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment.When we had trouble with the lock (our mistake), the property managers responded quickly and professionally, handling the situation graciously. The neighborhood and city information they provided was comprehensive and genuinely useful.We confidently recommend this retreat. You'll be very glad you chose it.

This home is gorgeous and we loved the neighborhood. Walking distance to the park, the Jefferson, Monument Avenue, and great eateries. The home is beautifully appointed and the host was so welcoming. We highly recommend it!
