This lively first-floor apartment features three bedrooms and four beds, including a luxurious king bed in the primary suite, a cozy queen bed in the secondary bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom, providing ample space for family or friends.

Rest easy with included linens and bedding for a hassle-free stay. Each bedroom comes equipped with a flat screen TV and Roku, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city.

Freshen up in one of two full bathrooms. The secondary bedroom’s en suite features a shower and tub combo, sink, vanity, and complimentary toiletries. The other full bathroom boasts a walk-in shower.

No smoking indoors. A $250 fee will be charged to guests after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.

Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
