Step into our juicy oasis designed for your utmost relaxation. This lively first-floor apartment features three bedrooms and four beds, including a luxurious king bed in the primary suite, a cozy queen bed in the secondary bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom, providing ample space for family or friends.

Rest easy with included linens and bedding for a hassle-free stay. Each bedroom comes equipped with a flat screen TV and Roku, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city.

Freshen up in one of two full bathrooms. The secondary bedroom’s en suite features a shower and tub combo, sink, vanity, and complimentary toiletries. The other full bathroom boasts a walk-in shower.

Stay active with our exercise equipment, including weights and a yoga mat, or simply kick back in the plush, comfy living room with ample seating and another mounted flat screen TV and Roku.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and we will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.

UNFORESEEN ACTS OF NATURE: We are unable to issue refunds for events outside of our control exacted by natural forces, such as power or utility outages.

We are not pet friendly. Unauthorized pets on the property will result in a $100 fee. Thank you in advance for both your compliance and understanding of our no-pet policy.

No smoking indoors. A $250 fee will be charged to guests after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.

Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.

We do not provide laundry supplies.

The $250 deposit will only be charged in the instance there are accidentals/damages that occurred during your stay and discovered after your departure with your acceptance of the additional money request. Airbnb handles the payment processing for us and will become involved if the request is declined.
