Decent enough hotel. Does need a deep clean. Very disappointed there is no room refresh. Nothing worse after a long day to walk into your room with no new towels, unmade bed etc. The have 2 elevators but only run one. Not very good when busses and groups come intro hotel. Would not go back.

I paid nearly 400 for a suite. When i arrived they said there was no suite. But they had a terrible room i could stay in, and to talk to the manager tomorrow about a partial refund. Turns out the employee was lying. There was no manater thw next day. Now experian says no refund because i accepted the room. Had no choice. The room was disgustingly moist. It felt like a sauna. Which was interesting because the hot water barely worked. Regular best western is better. I want a refund.

This is not what I am used to getting with Brst Western. The floor was pealing up and the room had not been cleaned well. There was a Burger King bag left in the room from the last person.

The location was close to everywhere we wanted to go, so that was convenient but room service didn’t come clean our room, the floor had some kind of nasty, slippery film on it, they didn’t have the proper remote for the tv, the refrigerator was leaking and the check in process took forever.

it was a little tricky for out-of-state people to get to. there was also someone slamming a door for about an hour - it kept me awake, but how do stop what you can't see. i thought it was in the parking lot, the desk person couldn't find it on cameras
