The staff were friendly and kind. Linens appeared clean. I left so early that I didn't get a chance to experience the breakfast. The bed was very uncomfortable; I could feel and hear the bed springs popping.

This was not a rating as was listed Good there was nothing good about this location Beds were uncomfortable lobby was dirty old the breakfast room was dirty all the ice machines were out of order noisy couldn’t sleep with the slamming of doors.

The room was remodeled with new carpet, bathroom and entranceway flooring, and the walk-in shower was perfect for a senior citizen; no more trying to step over a high tub! Will definitely stay there again..

The check-in and check-out went smoothly. Airport shuttle service is good. The property does need to be updated. The rooms need new carpeting. The property was not as quiet as I would have liked (I heard too many conversations after 10 pm in the hallway).

Goodness. I stay here twice a month so I’m tired of leaving reviews every time. But, you should stay here. Property is a bit dated and some furnishings are worn and need replacement. But, super clean, great breakfast, few shuttle to and from airport, comfortable bed, wifi works well, and staff is the best.

Older property that has not been maintained or cleaned well. Odor of nicotine and marijuana upon approaching the building. Did not have hot water. Not really even close to lukewarm. No soap, shampoo and conditioner in the dispensers. Mold in the bathroom tiled. The dining area was below standards according to the health department. Very dirty. What we did appreciate: ability to park our car there for a nominal fee while we were out of town. And having a shuttle, take us to and from the airport. Sandston Virginia has very little to offer in terms of restaurant variety. Old town that needs a red redo.
