1. Phone problems at hotel meant that when I called for a shuttle from the airport, nobody answered and I had to pay for a cab. The desk person offered that instead they could give me a ride next morning to the train station, but the morning person said they couldn’t do that. 2. Computers were also flaky at check in so it took a while. 3. Air conditioning in lobby wasn’t working. 4.The one soda machine was out of all items without caffeine. 5.The whole hotel looked run down and outdated, not what I expected from BW. The staff apologized but couldn’t do anything about the issues.

Average hotel room and decent breakfast. Only disposable plastic and paper cups though at breakfast. Rooms are moderately noisy from fridge and AC. If you are noise-sensitive (like me), bring ear plugs.

Not my cup of tea. But it served its purpose.

The hotel itself is clean and tidy. I booked because it had a pool. Unfortunately, it was not open. The first room smelled funny, but the front desk quickly changed the rooms. The beds were uncomfortable and hard. Worst nights sleep ever. The staff were professional and nice to everyone.

I was only there for 5-6 hrs, so not a lot of time to rate something. Will say that the man on duty when I checked in at 2AM went above and beyond to be helpful.

They did not have a room with two beds for us when we arrived. We were told those rooms are given away on a first come, first served basis, and because we arrived late, they were gone. I pointed out that I had called to alert them to our late arrival and they did then “find” a room for us. The shuttle came almost immediately to pick us up at the airport, which was great, and everyone was friendly. The bathroom smelled like weed and the breakfast was mediocre, but that last fact makes sense given the price point.
