- There are two off-street parking spots available to guests. There is also plenty of on-street parking on Grayland Avenue.
- This home is over 100 years old and has many original features to home, like brass door knobs, beautiful fireplace mantels, original hardwood floors, etc. Please be aware that the floors & stairs may be a little creaky, and some of the door knobs are loose. Not all of the doors lock. There are some of the quirks that come with an old home, so if these are features are important to you, this may not be the best fit.

This adorable, quirky, midcentury, artsy home was a delight to stay at. This was one of the cleanest VRBO's we have been to. The pillows, sheets and bedding were better than any 5-star Hilton property. The home is 2 blocks from Cary Street. Great shopping, grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. You can also walk to the park. The host was very accommodating and responded quickly to all our needs. If you like reading books the home is filled with hundreds.

The home is absolutely charming and so well put together! Everything we needed was provided. Loved all the books and music albums to peruse. Great Location! We parked our car and walked to everything for 2 days! Restaurants, shops, bars, museums and grocery stores. Loved it! Highly recommend! Would be great for families coming to Richmond for graduations or vacations.
