Overall stay was good. The charger port on the wall did not work and maid service did nit clean our room during our two day stay although we did not have the do not disturb on the door, but the room was stocked with adequate towels and wash cloths for our stay. Parking was difficult because of all the work vehicles.

Great stay

The hotel is really good and comfortable. After a 12 hour drive it was good to relax on the pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was decent with eggs, sausage biscuits and gravy. Nothing to fancy but top notch for the price of the stay. Check in and check out was easy and smooth

The clerk at front desk questioned me about my stay like I was a problem because I had 4 children with me. The hot tub had dirt floating in the suds, then a large group came in around 6pm ish and took over and we had to leave because it was no longer safe or fun because of limited space in pool. But they took all the pool towels and threw them around everywhere (which were left there when we went back to pool at 9pm). That same group of 30 or more were loud throughout the late night and early morning. It was prom night so the parking lot around 9-11pm was filled with young kids and the large group that checked in, all being loud, smoking weed, in and out. Breakfast was shut down 15 min early and I was told my children could not make waffles because the mix was out but as they were eating their cereal the clean up workers came and made themselves waffles with mix from the back before shutting the station down. Then at the same time 9:45am a live band (church service I believe) began to play loud music up until check out time. I had a deluxe suite with a pull out sofa and front desk did not answer phone so I could get any blankets because there were no extras in the room. The stay altogether was very unpleasant and not worth the $250 I spent.
