This hotel stay was horrible door locking issue water leak, stained tub, and they didn't refund my stay the room was dirty. The blinds the bed sheets literally bought blankets to lay on. Terrible experience then we went for the pool and it was closed down just ridiculous.

We got to our room, bed wasn’t made, toiletries used in bathroom, toilet paper hanging on the floor. we went to front desk and they said “oh the person said they cleaned it and checked it off. We got another room and it was okay. elevator had trash in it when we arrived, when we woke up the next morning, same trash in same spot. The Hotel was NOT busy at all. The people at the front desk were very nice.

My room when I checked in at 6:30 pm. The bathroom sink was dirty the bathroom toilet had pee all over it. They don't clean your room. The elevator was really dirty, trash on the floor. I used to stay there a long time ago and it was so much better. I will never stay there again.

The breakfast was horrible and Sunday there was no coffee or many choices for breakfast. No one mentioned the pool was under renovations and the hallways and outside the building ( beer cans everywhere) were filthy. The staff at night seemed very lackadaisical, I’m not sure if this review really matters, but I feel like I deserve a partial refund.
