Great place

Its a great place, nice clean, we always stay here when in Richmond for Family Reunion. Kids where disappointed the pool was closed, but other than that, it was Great.

The hotel was beautiful. Very clean, spacious. The negative was the breakfast. There was very little food for 8 am in the morning. Nothing was replenished. There was a man working in the kitchen but not replenishing any hot food. People were coming in to eat but there wasn't any thing there. A shame because the hotel was wonderful. They should be better at breakfast

Our stay was excellent. Check in was simple, the room was spacious and clean, and everything was very modern. The bed was comfortable and we slept great!! I wish we could have spent more than one night there.

This is our second time staying here. First time was right after they opened in 2023. Hotel is nice. Staff is great. While it is in an area with some rundown buildings, the parking lot is clean and safe.

It’s been “ remodeled“ however, so many little things left me feeling like I was misled. The parking sucks, not enough handicap parking so We had to park in the back and then the room key did not work at the back door as it was supposed to so with a broken foot I had to walk all the way around. The room: not well insulated so you can hear all conversations in the hall and footsteps from upstairs room. The bathroom towel bar was hanging loose, there were no wash cloths and it was a handicap cap room but the tub had no grip strips and it was very slippery! Breakfast….1.NO milk for cereal 2. All of the meat looked still half cooked as well as the potatoes. 3. Had to go to front desk to ask for more waffle batter. 4. Pulled out two yogurt that were expired 5. Tables were all in need of being wiped down and ALL of the trash cans were over full ! 6. We were there in the middle of breakfast not the end, but they only had half stale wheat bread and 2 muffins left. Sorry, but NOT a fan!
