Post-checkout, we were charged for several different reasons that were inconsistent when we called management. We got charged ridiculously for apparently missing towels, hangers and apparently damages. None of which occurred. We changed towels at the front desk as their policy is they don't give extra towels- only exchange of dirty to clean. When called management again, they claimed damages were in the room, when asked to describe what damages they could not provide an answer and they put me on hold several times. Several days later, I still have not been explained what damages they're claiming for.

We have stayed this hotel a few times However ..the room we were given the bathroom shower was not maintained well... calk coming off... mold around the shower lever... disappointed! The staff though is extremely nice!
