Cozy Bon Air Guest Suite with Private Entrance

Located on the lower level of our home in the Bon Air area of Richmond, this private guest suite features a private entrance, queen bed, private bathroom, kitchenette with mini fridge, coffee and tea bar, full set of dishes, utensils and glassware, and Roku TV.

Guests are welcome to park in our driveway or on the street. The entrance to the guest suite is around the back of the house.

We are happy to greet you upon arrival and show you around, or if you would prefer contactless check-in we can send instructions via the app. We do have two dogs, Jack and Junot, who you may see in the yard.

Located just South of Downtown Richmond across the James River, Bon Air is just a quick 10-15 minutes from shopping in Carytown, trails for walking/hiking/mountain biking along the river, and still very accessible to the other suburbs of Richmond.

Our home is located within a unique mid-century modern neighborhood known for its distinct architectural qualities. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and a lovely place to walk or bike.

Nearby Buford Rd. and the surrounding area are home to many historic landmarks that tell the story of Historic Bon Air as a rural summer retreat for the citizens of Richmond in the late 19th Century.

Ample street parking and optional driveway access. A bus stop is a pleasant half-mile walk from our home with access to downtown Richmond.

We have two dogs who spend a good amount of time in the backyard. They are very friendly and love interacting with our guests. If you would prefer not to interact with the dogs please let us know. The dogs also have a tendency to bark when deliveries arrive if we are not home which may be distracting if you plan to work from the guest suite.

Our family lives upstairs and we do our best to keep things quiet when guests are present, however there will potentially be some noise transfer during your stay.

This condo offers its guests a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
