When I got to my room the first thing I noticed was the bathroom sink was dirty. I always travel with cleaning supplies so I cleaned it myself. I shouldn’t have to do that being that I’m saying and a hotel with a good reputation. As the night went on and I was ready to go to bed and pulled back the sheets I seen someone else’s hair on the sheets. It grossed me out so bad that I had to sleep in the chair. Horrible experience!!!

Property was excellent. Upon seeing my hotel receipt though, I found that, with the cancellation insurance, Expedia charged me $48 more than I would have paid if I had booked with the hotel alone.
