This charming house, a short distance from Scott's Addition and the Museum District, offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully fenced yard. Ideal for families or groups, it's designed for both short stays and extended visits. Enjoy easy access to Richmond's best: delicious food, breweries, parks, and more. Conveniently located near major highways, grocery stores, and attractions like Byrd Park and Maymont Park, this is your ideal base for exploring the city.

The Space:
This beautiful duplex features spacious and cozy upstairs and downstairs units, fully furnished to comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests.
Upstairs :
⭐Bedroom1: It has a very comfortable pillow top king size bed with a smart Tv.
⭐Bedroom2: 1 comfortable queen bed+1 twin bed w/a dedicated working desk and a smart TV.
⭐Livingroom: 65 inches TV with HULU and Disney+, comfortable couch which easily converts to a full-size bed.
⭐Bathroom: spacious walk- in shower with provided shampoo and body wash, hair dryer.
⭐Kitchen: fully stocked kitchen. Gas stove and oven, toaster and refrigerator. We provide pots and pans, silverware, salt and pepper etc.
⭐Dining room: The dining room has a large dinning space, which you can enjoy your food with your friends and family.
⭐private patio: enjoy outdoor fresh air and family/friend time.
⭐Coffee bar: Dripping coffee maker with roasted coffee creamer and sugar.

Downstairs :

You'll have access to the complete house. This includes all private spaces like the four bedrooms, the two bathrooms, and the shared living spaces. Feel free to enjoy the kitchen, and the outdoor area, including backyard fire pit and free parking.

Nestled in the heart of Richmond's charming Malvern Gardens, our home offers a prime location for exploring the city. You're just a short drive from the vibrant Carytown (3 minutes) with its eclectic mix of boutiques and restaurants, and the cultural hub of the Museum District (4 minutes). For dining, you'll find a variety of options a quick drive away, including Cookout (2 minutes) for a casual meal and Wood and Iron Gameday Restaurant and Bar (3 minutes) for a lively atmosphere. Enjoy the peaceful residential streets and the convenience of nearby grocery stores. Plus, with easy access to major highways, you're well-connected to all Richmond has to offer.

Getting Around:
Getting around from our Richmond home is a breeze! You'll find three free parking spaces right behind the house, accessible via the alleyway, and plenty of free street parking is also available. For those arriving by air, Richmond International Airport (RIC) is approximately a 20-minute drive. While the area is best explored by car, major highways are easily accessible. Public transportation options are available, but we recommend using ride-sharing services or your own vehicle for maximum convenience when exploring the city's attractions, restaurants, and parks.

Other Things to Note:
Please be aware that we do not accept bookings from local guests, guests with past negative reviews, or new accounts. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. We welcome dogs, but we do not allow cats. Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street. Kindly respect quiet hours, especially between 9 PM and 8 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
