I stay here pretty often, but my last two stays were pretty underwhelming. A manager still hasn’t followed up from my previous day where I didn’t have hot water, and this time my digital key didn’t work and the dryer in the laundry room charged me three times and still didn’t work.

Had a wonderful stay; every staff member was very polite, friendly, and respectful. It was very close to many stores and restaurants. The room was very clean, and I was not bothered by housekeeping, but they cleaned my room while I was away. Thank you for making my first trip to Richmond a great time.

The bathtub was chipped in 2 places. Our room had a pass through door and dogs were barking in the adjoining room. Our reservation made through Expedia didn’t come with the option to have our breakfast included with booking of the room.

We got what we paid for

Checked in late. Hotel electronic key did not work and had to be replaced. There were ants in the bedroom and the bathroom. shower dripped all night. other than that linens and bathroom were clean. Breakfast not included.
