A party was going on in the room next to mine after midnight with loud music. When I went downstairs to say that I couldn’t sleep and would need to check out, the clerk became instantly confrontational and said that I should expect the noise because it was Friday night at a hotel. Quiet hours from 10pm-7am were posted throughout the hotel. The clerk was so confrontational that it was clear I was not welcome. I will never be staying at a holiday inn again.

My issue with the property was it wasn’t clear that after a certain time in the evening, the entrance adjacent to the parking area is locked. You have to walk around the building to get inside if u haven’t checked in yet.

Centrally located in the Near West End

The property was perfectly located for our needs. It had been renovated and was in good condition, with a few areas that needed maintenance (e.g., loose exterior tile, shower seam sealing, and toilet seat tightening). The bed was extremely comfortable, and the rooms were very quiet, especially those facing the mall parking lot. The price point was excellent, and the breakfast was standard (eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, cereal, yogurt, muffins, etc.) but hearty. There was plenty of seating in the dining area.
