Perfect and convenience to food and shopping

They were great. Was able to get me and my family in for 2 nights because our other hotel Hampton A/C broke and they would not fix. Hyatt was so much better and had more food and shopping to get to quickly.

Excellent service

The staff went over and above to accommodate us in an unexpected stay due to a cancelled flight. All the way down to the van driver that took us to the airport, the kindest, most outgoing staff and we are so thankful.

Nice breakfast variety, not sure why the outdoor patio door is locked so you have to be let back in and was never told there is no housekeeping unless you stay 4 nights. we even had our dirty towels out in hallway they collected them.but didn't give us new ones we have stayed in 2 to 5 star hotels. First hotel for rooms to have no microwave they are located by elevator for each floor. I would stay to catch a plane but long term doubtful and we had Expedia money to use so overall not satisfied for long term stay.
