THEY HAVE MICE!! 🚨 Long story short, we called down to the desk at 3am on day 2. We spotted the mouse behind the tv stand, the receptionist was not alarmed at all, as if she already knew. She stated she couldn't come up due to being the only one at the desk. After packing up our bags trying to avoid the mouse, we got down to the desk to check out but had to wait for the receptionist 10 minutes to return from somewhere. The receptionist said the manager would call in the morning....Never received a call or an apology. Still being respectful to the receptionist even after having our night disturbed, having the mouse crawling onto our belongings, and our food literally eaten, we remained respectful. They may have offered another room but the receptionist never even made eye contact. There was absolutely no understanding or empathy for the inconvenience. My fiance booked through Expedia only receiving a 49 dollar refund! We are aiming to get a FULL refund. The mouse was in a second floor room. I RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY. We noticed after getting into the room that we started sneezing, coughing and shortness of breath due to asthma and allergies. But we didnt realize where it was coming from until after seeing the mouse.

We stay here quite often when visiting family nearby. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is good and well staffed. A good value for the price paid. We've stayed here several times and will stay here again.

Do not stay here

I was supposed to stay at the property for three nights. If I hadn't arrived so late, I would have checked out the first night. Carpet torn, lampshades soiled, chair ripped and stained, drywall in the bathroom crumbling. All in all, hotel is in need of a huge remodel. The staff was very nice.

Hoping they will improve these issues

I already reviewed these comments with management. It's important to be honest in what was provided. The room had no safety rails or grips in the bathroom. A must to prevent fails, especially for older adults! Breakfast was torn down early one morning--very disappointing. The sink in the room drained very poorly. No room service unless specifically requested. We bagged up trash each day--no extra bags in bottom of cans. Had to request bags, cups, supplies and more towels each day. Lastly, I requested if possible to be on the first floor (traveling with a small dog requiring a trip outside during the night x 2). I was told all guest with pets are placed only on the 5th floor and that it was a management decision. Disappointing for middle of the night trips outside. Correcting these things would result in a much higher rating. The facility itself was nice, clean and in good location for food and shopping.
