I was disappointed. There was hair all over the place, and the room didn't look clean. I couldn't wait to leave. We were not able to have breakfast because it was not menu-friendly.

Very nice hotel! But on my last day it was very challenging to sleep due to children knocking on the doors and run at 11 pm. But other than that the staff were very nice and helpful the breakfast was very delicious. I will definitely recommend this hotel to other people that would like to go to Virginia. Loves this hotel so much.

This hotel can certainly do a better job in terms of the following: 1. There was a sliding door inside the room, separating the bathroom from the bedroom that my wife got her hands caught in and hurt her fingers. 2. There was no room service at all, and we had to continue to walk to the front desk to obtain new towels and toilet paper. 3. The hotel was very noisy. 4. The breakfast was subpar at best. Very few choices were available and the food lacked taste and was the usual industrial fare. 5. Other than accessibility, there were no overall advantages to overcome the many deficiencies as listed above.

Modern room

They have a microwave in room and mini fridge . Walkable to a gas station for snacks and Cracker Barrel. There was no trash liners in the trash can (I could’ve asked that’s my fault). There were stains in front of the toilet wall (but overall when walking in the room it looked clean) . Warning the bathroom door doesn’t have a lock . It’s just a sliding door (if you have to travel with littles ones who likes to open doors)
