The hotel overal is good. Bed is comfortable, amenities are well maintained and the breakfast was really good. I was inpressed they offered turkey sausage as an option. The only reason they don't receive five stars is because my room was not cleaned for the two days I was there. No garbage removal, fresh towels or bed made. We left the room at 9:30am and didn't return until 7:00pm. Ample time for the room to be cleaned.

The breakfast was one of the best continental breakfast we had during our trip; eggs were fresh (not powder) and sausages were super good. Customer service needs improvement. Seems like they were having a rough night with other customers. No warm, friendly greeting when we arrived, and when we sent or kids downstairs to get more towels, they had them waiting for a long time. It wasnt until my husband went downstairs to check on them that they were acknowledged. You had 3 minors waiting for towels which only took less than a minute to get them once my husband arrived. When we finally got in bed, the person in the room next to us woke us up as he was yelling for over 10 minutes. It seemed he was arguing over the phone. It went on for about 5 more minutes so I called the office, keep in mind that it was past midnight. The gentleman that answered immediately knew who i was speaking about once i gave our room number and told me to give the guest a few minutes to settle down as they had just checked in. I was surprised by the response received as we are also paying customers, with minors and the time of day. We asked me to give them a call back if it continued and THEN he would come up and handle it. Well 10 minutes later I called again as it had not stopped. We had a 20 hour drive the following day and i could not get rest because of the person next door, not what we paid for. We stayed in 5 hotels during our trip and this was for sure the least friendly customer service

The desk clerks and cystimwr service was super great. Nice people and they all seemed happy about there jobs. The carpet in room dodnt seem clean enough the rooms construction seemed off the TV sat in an odd location. We had to face to the right if wanted to watch in bed. Didnt like that at all.

It was a comfortable stay. The only thing I would say is that the air conditioner blew right in my face while I was in bed, but I put a chair directly in front of it and I was fine for the night. That was the only issue. The Front desk lady was very nice and helpful for our limited stay there.

Stay was horrible !!! Never nowhere to park in the parking lot has to sit in my car for 45min for a parking spot!! Hotel desk clerk was very rude !! I was told I had to tell them I wanted room service so no room service on a 6 day stay!!I was using the restroom when the light fixture fell from the ceiling and hit me I can go on and on but I will never stay there angain

Great location and reception. Pleased with the room. I didn’t use the property amenities because such a short stay. Would stay here again. The pool and elevator needs some TLC. The temperature in the hallway to my room was too warm, not comfortable for price of stay.

Please DO NOT MAKE RESERVATIONS AT THIS LOCATION - my family and I have had such an awful experience. The pool is closed for renovations, however this was not disclosed when I called the location 3 times to confirm that the pool was open. I had 6 children with me, excited to go for a swim on their last day of school and graduation. We selected this location due to the indoor pool and forecasted rain. They continued to tell us that they were waiting for an engineer. The entire 4 days, no pool access. My babies were so disappointed. I spoke with Danyell, the general manager who confirmed at check in that the pool was open. It was not until we were in our bathing suits, that we were told the pool was closed for renovation. My babies cried…. Such a bummer! I would have totally went for another hotel with an operating pool (we reserved 2 suites, which were over $1000)…. Furthermore, the hotel kept running out of towels and washcloths. The “blankets” were exceptionally rough like hay. I could not, nor could my children use them. The breakfast section is exceptionally small and does not allow for a true buffet experience because the food was always out. The lobby (where breakfast is served) was PACKED with people waiting for food…. On top of all this - Nala and Takiya had really bad attitudes w/ exceptionally poor customer service. They provided no info and when I called Marriott Bonvoy, they said IT WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO. We made the best of it, leaks paint chips and all!
