The property is new, but fading fast. No one cleans carpets. They cant even be bothered to mop the floors. I rented a room and there was pee in front of the toilet. I wiped it up with the provided shower towel for the floor and when i turmed the towel over, it was dark grey dirt on the towel. The floor obviously not cleaned. Then on 2 separate occasions, house keeping barged in my room without knocking or announcing themselves and the deadbolt doesnt do anything as they have a master key that unlocks it. The next day, maintenance barged in and told me "its 1030, you check out at 11, you might as well get out now. The staff have no volume control on their voices. 90% of them are foreigners so, getting louder and louder is their translator. When someone asks what did they say, they just yell it instead of trying to communicate. Might as well stay at the motel 6 across the street for the same service but way cheaper.

convenient and safe

Beds were comfortable and location felt safe and very close to airport. Cleanliness could be improved, floor was very sticky. I did not appreciate house keeping knocking on my door at 10am to "remind me of checkout at 11". Front desk employees were friendly and helpful.

It was OK. The TV in our room did not work. Staff did not seem remotely interested in resolving, or helping fix it. I don't even think she wrote it down, so I hope the guests checking in today didnt have a ton of time to kill while waiting for their flight.
