We loved the big suite for our overnight. The food from the restaurant was good and arrived quickly. We did have trouble getting answers on the phone. Staff may need to be a little better informed as to the location to get ice. Also they could be more knowlegeable when asked about restaurants. But the staff was very friendly and courteous.

Two issues but still AWESOME stay.

I really liked this place. I will definitely stay again. Its downtown but a hidden gem. Very safe feeling and quiet. Only thi g i did not like is shower water was NOT hot enough for me. And the towels were hard and old. I'd bring my own towels tho next time because the place itself is comfy.

The hotel is beautiful and centrally located. The staff was always kind and helpful. The rooms were incredibly spacious, clean, with great decor. The beds and pillows were probably the most comfortable of any hotel I’ve stayed at. I’d absolutely come back and stay here.

Great hotel. Good location to General Assembly building and capitol building. Wish to have a thick blanket during the winter time. It was somewhat cold during night. Otherwise, all things were great. Wish to come back and stay another night in the future.

Charming and slightly disappointed

The hotel was charming and the employees gracious. The Suite was spacious and clean. The employees best they could even having been given circumstances that were not under their control. The restaurant in particular was disappointing because they had ran out of many items over the weekend and had not been restocked. Dinner menu was limited as well as the bar menu. The bartender/server did a great job offering substitutions for items that were out of stock. Looking forward to Breakfast was disappointed to see the restaurant was. It open. The front desk said they did not have enough staff to open and offered me items from their “mercantile”. Unfortunately there was only chips and snacks that wasn’t really breakfast food. There is not a coffee pot in the room but a worker went to the kitchen to get me coffee The employees were all very apologetic to these situations
