Welcome to our 1838 historic home, where old-world charm meets modern comfort. Designed for family gatherings and retreats, this spacious getaway sleeps 10.

You will have access to the whole home and all outdoor areas. Outbuildings are not included in this rental.
Other things to note
This is a unique historic property, and it has its quirks! There are stairs throughout the home and small changes in flooring elevation between some of the rooms.

The English basement ceiling height is not conducive to very tall guests - if you are more than about 6'3" you may leave with a bump on your head!

The home is heated and cooled with mini splits which are very efficient and heat and cool the rooms quickly. Some of them are linked together however and must be run in the same mode (meaning you can't have AC in one room and heat in the other). Details for operation of units will be provided on check in.

There is a fenced in back yard with a doggy door. Please ensure gates through the fence (there are 3) are properly latched before leaving your pet unattended as our home is on a fairly busy road.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Chesterfield Towne Center. You'll find features like a gym, a hot tub, and laundry facilities. A kitchen and 3 bathrooms are available in the vacation home.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Close and latch hot tub and ensure any dishes or trash left outside have been picked up.
Lock all exterior doors from inside the home with sliding latches. Exit through front door and press lock symbol on keypad to lock.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
