Front desk clerk was nice enough. The rooms were clean, but there was some wear and tear on the closet doors. Nice view of the pond with a fountain. However the screens on the window had tears in them and had been taped. The back of the building in the middle looked terrible. I probably won’t stay there again.

I like this hotel for the location, price , cleanliness and amenities. The staff we interacted with were super friendly. This is our 2nd stay here. The decor is sleek and modern.

First night, I found a toy in my sheets. Next day after that , our room was not cleaned. Last day, neither key worked. Internet kept going in and out. Shampoo bottle only had enough for one person.

Only one elevator working so the wait to come and go from 5th floor room was very long. Staff using the same elevator with trash. Hotel is dirty. Breakfast was cold, stale and basic. Staff was unapologetic for not notifying us of fire drill. Smoke smell every night in our room for five night. Guests in garage smoking and drinking using old hotel furniture did not feel safe. Terrible experience. Where is the management??

The hotel cleanliness and the professionalism of the lady at the front desk were all fine. However, evidently there was a lot of construction material out the back door and somehow it caught fire. This resulted in an evacuation (which the fire department did a great job responding to). Upon re-entry, my room still smelled like burnt plastic (I was on the top floor above where the fire was)
