Pets ARE allowed depending on size, please let us know beforehand and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. The following additional Pet Cleaning Fee applies per pet:

1-5 Nights: $25 per day
6-29 Nights: $200
30+ Nights: $300

-Smoking is allowed ONLY in the parking lot and must be cleaned up prior to check-out
- Any cigarette butts, joints, cigars,etc found outside will result in an additional $50 clean up fee
- Any scent found inside the house will result in a $200 smoking fee

- Noise Detector: Installed to monitor excessive noise levels, ensuring a pleasant stay and there no complaints from neighbors.

Please note that any unremovable stains on bed sheets, duvets, comforters, sofas, or other furniture that require professional cleaning or replacement will result in an additional charge to cover the costs.
