Where to begin, First of all when checking in the attendant at the desk was less than desirable almost felt as if I was bothering her. After unloading in the front of building drove to the back of building to park my vehicle and witnessed multiple people outside, after wafting all the cigarette smoke away from the rear entrance. Go to the room to smell stale marijuana and cigarettes through all the halls and the elevator. There is so much more to mention but not going into that much detail. All I need to say to sum it up is that if you are traveling with kids or even planning to stay at this location for any amount of time think again. The reviews that I read prior to booking were very misleading. The potential to be a nice hotel is there but lacks the employee support. If I could give zero I would my family did not feel safe at all the whole stay.

My stay at Woodsprings Ashland was pleasant. The manager of the Hotel. (TY) was superb. She was very knowledgeable about the near-by shopping/dining areas and a delightful person to talk to.

Three ROACHES were seen inside as soon as we opened the door. Front desk staff indifferent, not welcoming, and reluctant to change room. The room is VERY NOISY from traffic outside of the window.
