The room was clean but it was missing a lot of stuff like only one chair !!! No Kleenex the bed was not comfortable and we ask for a room with 2 beds when we made the reservation and there was only one queen bed in the room apparently they had nothing else available!!

My family and I were there for over a Month and they did not clean my room one time kept giving me excuses about it, I clean it myself the whole time! They accept all kinds of pets I clung very large and intimidating dogs! The hallways often smelled. Some the staff were very friendly but I am very disappointed over all with our stay!! I was in Custimer Service for over 35 years and this property needs to be revamped!!

Reunion Stay

Felt like a newish building. Check in was good, friendly staff, but marred by the security not allowing us in to the lobby with out contacting via a phone and bring buzzed in. Next time we went out it was the same story. A minor detail, but annoying. Room was clean and comfortable. Some clothes hangers would have been nice. Final annoyance was finding that the "free" wi-fi only included one device per stay.

I had a very late arrival after 2+ hours of traffic 😩. The overnight guest service rep (T) was so kind and made checking in very quick and smooth. Thank you! The room was very clean and simple and the bed very comfortable. Perfect for a long trip overnight rest - safe, clean and efficient. Will stay every time I make this trip!

Everybody was very friendly. It was very clean and in good condition. The only issue was the wifi was a little tricky to get working but it did eventually work. I would stay here again.

I chose your property specifically because it advertises rooms with a kitchen. Upon arrival, I found that while there is indeed a kitchen, there are no items provided for cooking — no pans, dishes, knives, or utensils of any kind. There was also no information indicating that guests need to bring their own cooking tools. When I went to the front desk, I was told that utensils are not provided but can be purchased at the hotel. However, when I asked to buy them, I was informed that none were available. Additionally, I have been using the gym for my daily 60-minute workout, but the water fountain has not been working since my arrival. When I asked for some water or an alternative solution, the response was negative, and after two days there is still no “Out of Order” sign on the machine.

Room was filthy. Main areas like the tub and countertops seemed clean but the floor was sticky to walk on and there was dirt and dust piled up at the edges of the floor and corners. Splattered mess on the kitchen cabinets and under the bathroom sink. Thick dust in the bathroom exhaust fan. Water pressure was horrible in shower and literally a trickle in the kitchen sink. Threadbare, stained towels. Also, soon after entering the room my whole family was sniffling and sneezing. I can only imagine what the HVAC filter looked like. Every time we went through the hallway by the elevator on the main floor there were wet floor signs out because of puddles of dog urine that weren’t cleaned with any urgency.

Front desk staff is 5 stars 100%. They were very accommodating and friendly. The only thing I can possible come up with is the hot water is a hit or miss but it wasn’t enough to keep me from booking again. I absolutely love the service I received. The room was clean and property had a great security system going on. This is the first place that I have stayed that I have had to scan my room key a few times to reach the elevator but definitely not complaining. I will absolutely recommend to others

Staff was super nice. Did not have any shampoo in room. No hair dryer or iron. They did get me a hair dryer once i asked about one. First room we were in had bad smell and wasn’t very clean. They did change our room. Also if you have a room on the side where interstate 95 is you will hear all that traffic. Also the hallways smell like marijuana.
