An extinct volcano, the “Hohentwiel”, is only an 11-minute drive (6.2 km) away and offers fantastic views over Singen and the scenic landscape after you have hiked up. In winter, you can even go skiing a 40-minute drive (38 km) across the nearby Swiss border.
