Farmhouse in Languedoc with Pool & Vineyard Views

This holiday home is located on an estate amid 160 hectares of vineyard, overlooking the Montagne d'Alaric and the peaks of the Pyrenees. It is very suitable for family holidays. The restored farmhouse from the eighteenth century consists of 3 living areas named after grape varieties from the region: Muscat, Grenache and Syrah. The gîte Syrah is occupied by the owner who is present on the property for maintenance and welcoming guests.

The accommodation is part of the Parc Régional du Languedoc nature reserve, 9 km from the Canal du Midi and 2.8 km from the village of Rieux. The nearest airport and train station are 26 and 35 km from the property, respectively.

On the south-west side of the house is a vast terrace divided by a hedge between the 3 accommodations; thus, each accommodation has its own terrace with furniture and barbecue. The swimming pool with jet stream and a separate sun terrace with pool house (shower, toilet and storage room) is for shared use. The gîte Grenache has a spacious area, a sitting area with smart TV, music system and WiFi, its own Bulthaup kitchen and a bathroom with walk-in shower.

Gite Grenache is equipped with AIRCO ( heating and cooling ) i.f.v. consumption with separate meter reading : to be paid on the spot: 1€/kwh.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
