Moreover, you will enjoy not only the exclusive location but also the apartment itself. Despite being located in the far center, the street is calm.
Everything at the apartment is prepared for you. Coffee, tea, sugar etc for free.

Please follow a few simple rules, during your stay:
· Do not smoke in the flat, halls, and building territory. There is a penalty for smoking in a flat and building territory of 200 EUR.
· Take off your shoes, when entering the flat.
· If you want to bring a pet, you need to inform about it and get consent. The pet fee is 100 EUR.
· No parties, no outside visitors without previous approval from your host.
· If you break or damage something, you should let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
