J'ai réservé 7 hôtels différents pour un même voyage et pour celui-ci, mes données ont été compromises. Les fraudeurs avaient toute l'information de cette réservation spécifique entre leurs mains et j'ai été harcelée par téléphone et courriel pendant plusieurs jours. J'ai communiqué avec l'établissement, qui m'a demandé de leur soumettre l'adresse de l'arnaqueur. Ils ont alors annulé ma réservation (payée à l'avance) sans m'aviser, et ma réservation était toujours active dans l'appli Expedia. Comme il s'agit d'un établissement de type Airbnb qui se fait passer pour un hôtel, je n'avais pas de numéro de téléphone ni de courriel pour les rejoindre quand je suis arrivée à Riga. J'ai donc réservé une chambre de cet hôtel à partir d'une autre plateforme pour entrer en contact avec eux. Ils ont accusé Expedia de ne pas avoir traité l'annulation et le remboursement. Ils ont fait un supposé rappel auprès d'Expedia, qui a rapidement procédé au remboursement. En somme, j'éviterais cet établissement.
