Murnieku street apartment

Just a 10 min public transport ride from the old town. The apartment is based in a renovated traditional Latvian brick house in the charming district of the historical far center (Murnieku street). The apartment is well prepared for a comfortable stay with carefully selected contemporary Latvian design.

The property is a studio-type apartment with a modern fully equipped kitchen and a king-size high-class bed. The bathroom contains a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine.

everything in the apartment is provided for the guests: hairdryer, washing machine, TV, kettle, microwave, stove, dishes, kitchen ware, bed linen, towels, tee, coffe, etc.

My guests are more than welcomed to contact me any time, I'll try best to make your stay comfortable, easy and pleasant.

It is possible, that I will not always be able to meet my guests personally.
In this case, simple and precise instructions will be delivered before arrival.

The neighborhood is a historical part of the old city center. Today this area is called a far center. Here you will find an original and renovated wooden and brick architecture, street roads of paving stones, old boutiques, and stores. Various public transports and groceries are available around.

The taxi is very cheap and I recommend to all my guests to use a Bolt App on their smartphones for quick and non-expensive movement around the city, especially if you are not traveling alone, the average ride price to the old town is 3-4 eur.

The house is located in the historical part of center, which is UNESCO list.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
