Located in an evolving district in central Riga, 2.2km from the Old town (30min walk). Nearby You can find many hidden gems of Riga, like fancy restaurants and artistic bars with decent (not tourist oriented) pricing, you will be provided with a map, to get the best of your stay. Bus stop to the center at the entrance. Free parking.

Our stay in the flat was amazing! One can see that Karlis and his family put a lot of passion in the flat. The flat is not far away from the centre so that it is easy to reach by tram or bike. The apartment is really decorated with style and has really everything one could need. The parking space and the garden are a real plus. We highly recommend the flat!

Schöne Wohnung in Riga

Alles wie inseriert vorgefunden, gute und schöne Ausstattung. Gute Raumaufteilung und Größe. Hervorragende Kommunikation mit Gastgeber. Parkplatz auf Hof vor der Tür, dadurch Abstand zur Straße. Super schnelles und zuverlässiges Internet (gemessen 350 MBit). Himmlischer Kuchenduft durch benachbartes Gewerbe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, verschiedene ÖPNV-Zugänge in der Nähe. Kleine Nachteile der Wohnung: Morgensonne im Schlafzimmer und nicht so gute Verdunklung. In der Küchenzeile ist leider kein Herd. Kleines Manko Lage: Die Tempo 30 interessieren keinen Kraftfahrer, daher tagsüber Verkehrslärm gegeben.
