Apartment Mannequin is located in a new residential complex built in 2022 in a great location. The apartment has a beautiful view of the sea and nearby islands. It is only five kilometers away from the center of Rijeka and five kilometers from the tourist pearl of Opatija with top restaurants and beaches. Only a ten-minute walk separates the apartment from the nearest beach Kantrida. At the foot of the building there is a garage where there is a marked secured parking space. On the ground floor there is a supermarket, a drugstore and a cafe.
The space
Apartment Mannequin is brand new and characterized by spaciousness and airiness. The large living room is connected with a dining area and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances. In the living room is a 50"smart TV with cable TV. From the living room there is a large balcony with a view of the sea and enough space for socializing and shared meals. The bedroom also has access to the balcony. In the room there is a large double bed that can be separated if necessary and two single beds are provided. There is also a large closet with plenty of space for clothes.
There is a bathtub in the bathroom and a washing machine. The storage room is also separated from other rooms, while in the hallway there is a large closet for storing clothes and things.
The space with its decoration, especially the paintings on the wall and the tailor's doll, reminds that on the site of this residential complex was once a clothing factory.
The accommodation has very fast Wi-Fi (ping 6ms) and LAN connections.
