A nice wintersports hotel close to the railway and ski slopes, has equipment rental and restaurant. Had a very small but clean room for a reasonable (for Scandinavian stads) price.

Super logement que je recommande

Hotel tres bien situé en bord des pistes et la chambre avait une belle vue dégagée qui nous a permis d’observer les levées et couchés de soleil ainsi que les aurores boréales. Un super logement avec un petit déjeuner tres bien fourni. Je recommande cet établissement!

Vi upplevde det… Ostädat och smutsigt. Luktar omklädningsrum och sur öl i gången från repan till konferensen. Personal med dålig service känsla. De verkade ha skygglappar och hade svårt att svara på enkla frågor. Allt skulle beställas på hemsidan. När man pratade med hovmästaren på plats i restaurangen var det tom svårt att få boka bord. Undrar vad som hänt med fina Gränsen som var ett så gemytligt och genuint och trevligt fjällhotell…? Det enda som fortfarande är bra är berget. Tänker tyvärr inte åka tillbaka förrän stora förändringar är gjorda, framförallt med utbildning av personalen.

Mögel i restaurangen, dålig ventilation och dåligt städat på rummet. Kunde inte infria löften om att det skulle finnas dragna längdskidspår trots bra snömängd. Fanns bara en restaurang att äta middag på och det var dyr och överdrivet lyxig mat som inte passade in.

Härlig rekreation på Hotell Riksgränsen

Mycket hjälpsam personal. Alla var respektfulla och naturligt glada, både på hotellrummet och liftvärdarna. Fantastisk utsikt från hotellrummet. Mycket litet rum, bodde ensam i rum för två och det var bra. Mycket prisvärt boende. God frukost.

Rätt OK hotell men dessvärre övervägde inte den goa kännslan. Snikigt att inte poolaccess ingår! Dåligt matudbud. Antingen väldigt enkelt/ enformigt eller helt överprisat och miniportioner. Det är ingen Michelinkrog skidåkare behöver.

Teure zimmer & schrecklich, frühstück gut

Es ähnelt eine jugendherberg, aber dann 185€ pro nacht, abzocke. Badezimmer mit ein winziges waschbecken für hände, sonst nichts. Extrem laute lüftung im "zimmer" - zimmer sehr klein und alt. Frühstück gut, zum glück war es nur für eine nacht, 1 uhr nachts angekommen und um 8 wieder weg, länger müsste es auch nicht sein.

Bedingt empfehlenswert

Die Lobby macht einen sehr guten Eindruck. Die Zimmer hingegen waren das Gegenteil. Die Möbel abgewohnt, kein Wasserkocher, kein Kühlschrank. Das Wifi war praktisch nutzlos, extrem langsam. Einen Tisch im Restaurant zu reservieren war kompliziert. Man muss sich auf der Homepage einloggen und dann reservieren und als Sicherheit seine Kreditkarte hinterlegen, was bei einem langsamen und ungesicherten Netzwek sehr bedenklich ist. Das Personal war jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf Grund der Holzbauweise ist alles extrem hellhörig. Die private Party im Nachbarzimmer kann dann schon den Schlaf rauben. Das Alkoholverbot auf dem Zimmern wird ignoriert.
