Upstairs bedroom and balconies feature beautiful views of the ocean, mountains, and estuary teeming with wildlife. An excellent place for birding and viewing other animals such as iguanas and crocodiles, as well as ocean sunsets and estuary sunrises. The back patio has a large pool with chaise lounge chairs, and outdoor grill. Located right across the street from Guayabitos Beach. 20 min walk or quick cab ride from downtown Guayabitos to the south, or La Peñita to the north.
