This penthouse sits on top of a 3 story newly built complex. It boasts two floors with a huge 70 m2 rooftop, 102 m2 interior plus a 30m2 balcony, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms ( one with a bathtub ) , parking, barbecue, smart TV, wifi, AC and heating. The master bedroom has its own bathroom. Each bedroom offers high quality mattresses . There are 2 double beds and 2 single beds sleeping up to 6 people. The sea can be seen from the living room, the balcony and the terrace. . There is a 10 minute walking distance to the beach, supermarkets and restaurant. All the kitchen appliances are new, and so is the washing machine and dishwasher. There are 4 pools and 2 playgrounds in the compound. The outdoor furniture is available to make your stay comfortable with an outdoor dining table and a lavish lounge, both overlooking the sea. A vacational lease contract is issued upon reservation. Malaga airport is 20 minutes away. Welcome to paradise!
