Beautiful, cosy house "Riomar beach House", 2 storeys, renovated in 2023. In the resort 700 m from the centre of Rincón de la Victoria, 10 m from the sea, south facing position. Private: beautiful garden to relax. Patio (20 m2), pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, air conditioning. Parking on the premises. Grocery, supermarket 500 m, shopping centre 3 km, restaurant, bar, bakery 500 m, pedestrian zone 100 m, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach "walking distance" 10 m. Golf course (18 hole) 800 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
