The apartment is equipped with all amenities for a peaceful and pleasant stay. Immediately upon entering the apartment you can look through the large windows of the balcony through the living room at the beautiful view.

Of the 2 outdoor areas, 1 is connected to the living room. Ideal for breakfast in the morning or to enjoy a nice cool drink after a long day on the nearby beach. The other outdoor space is a large roof terrace of 50m2 with 360° views of the mountains, sea and beach.

The large shared swimming pool is just steps from the front door and is great for cooling off during the hot summer months. It almost feels like a private swimming pool. Done swimming? After a few steps you are already lying on your sun lounger on the private roof terrace.

Eating at home in the evening? The large kitchen has everything you need to prepare a tasty home-cooked meal. There is a large refrigerator to keep your food and drinks cool. And the supermarket is just a few minutes' walk away.

The large (2m long) and comfortable beds ensure a good night's sleep. A lovely large king-size bed in the master bedroom and 2 spacious single beds in the other bedroom. Extra pillows are provided for optimal comfort.

The bedrooms are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning that can heat or cool the room as desired. And with the roller shutters, the bedroom can be made completely dark, if desired.

Each bedroom has its own luxurious and spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and anti-condensation mirror. The bathroom of the master bedroom is en-suite.

The living room has a large spacious sofa and a comfortable chair. Watch one of the many TV channels via the antenna or watch your favorite series on Netflix. The 50” TV screen with mood lighting ensures a relaxing evening.

The 1 Gbps fiber optic internet connection with the associated WIFI network means that you can also work very well if necessary. The dining table can be extended to seat 6, giving you extra work space. The internet connection is more than fast enough to hold a zoom meeting with your colleagues. They will only be jealous of the beautiful view in the background.

The apartment is situated on a quiet hill 700m from the nice and wide beach of Torre de Benagalbón, close to Rincon de la Victoria which it's nice promenade and caves. When you go to the beach you can use the available beach chairs, parasol and cool box. All you need to bring yourself are beach towels and sunscreen.

The highway is just 8m away by car and will bring you to Malaga or Torre del Mar, depending on the direction you drive. Both just 20m away. When you have time, please visit the wonderful Área recreativa El Alcázar, Alcaucín (Rincón Singular).
