Nice house

Very nice house, clean and open comunication with owner. Some suggestions are: the pool can be upgraded for stable stairs and safety gate, add towels racks in bathrooms and one more AC console for the living room will be great!

Charming

The place is very charming, clean and well taken care of. The location was very convenient and the outdoor area is great. The neighbors are friendly. A few things that would have been very helpful though: there are no hooks to dry towels on in the bathrooms or bedrooms. We had to hang towels/swim suits from shelves and door knobs. With eight people using towels, we had to be creative. There is no laundry soap supplied, so bring your own if possible. The house has no ice cube trays/ice. When we bought 2 bags of ice it slowly melted over the 2 night stay and was completely melted at the end. It seems like the freezer needs to be repaired. All in all a very nice place.

Nightmare on Elmstreet

No Air conditioning in common areas only the bedrooms; No exhaust over stove ; over chlorinated pool to the point my 2 younger children received 2nd degree burns ; Bad layout no rear access to pool; Pool very small and kiddy pool. Not enough Parking though there is a big lot adjacent to house. Washing machine do not work it wanted to come out of the Laundry room during use. Would not recommend it was a nightmare

Great home for our stay in Rincon. Lots of space for our family, nice outdoor area, parking and short drive to downtown Rincon and the popular beaches.

Surfing

House was very clean and had everything you needed. We had three teenage boys with us and they loved the sports complex behind the house and used the track and indoor basketball court. House was very close to beach and many great restaurants. Outdoor sitting area and pool were very relaxing and set up well. Nice touches to use were beach towels and chairs and a cooler for beach days. Easy drive to a beach for surfing where they rented surfboards. The house was very comfortable and we all had a great time. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The home owner was absolutely delightful, the home was plenty big for the entire family. I recommend that this owner upgrades the mattress on the full size beds, the mattress was a bit hard but nevertheless we didn't sleep much considering there was so much to do. All and all I would absolutely come back to this area and rent this property in the near future.

Awesome House!

We were all pleased with the cleanliness and attention to detail that the owners put into this lovely home. As soon as we walked in we were all impressed! It offered everything we needed to have a great vacation and would absolutely stay again!
