La Casa Paraiso is a modern villa with an open plan design to maximize the Ocean views and blur the line between outdoor and indoor living. Everything in our Villa was custom built by us for your enjoyment .

We are 1 mile from the ocean, a short walk down a beautiful hill full of lush tropical vegetation.

While you're staying at La Casa Paraiso, the house will be your private oasis! We have over 2000 plus square feet of outdoor space and 1/4 acre of tropical landscaped grounds with a 10 foot privacy wall surrounding the entire property. Feel free to explore the grounds or kick back and enjoy a bon fire at our fire pit .

Make sure to spend some time on the rooftop deck, perfect spot for morning yoga, surf checks, sun bathing and midnight star gazing.

Wow!!!

If you want to stay at an immaculate and lovely location with amenities, nearby beaches and great food. La Casa Paraiso is your place. It catered to all of our family members ages 12-57. Shawn and his wife were wonderful to work with. They responded to our questions quickly and were simply lovely. We’re are definitely thinking of this place next time we’re in the island. 5 Stars Plus!!!

Beautiful home. Had everything we needed for a great stay in Rincón for our group of 5. Whoever designed and built the home has great attention to detail. Great communication and instructions. Note the location differs from the VRBO map. Home is on 413 near the restaurant La Cantina (which was pretty good)

Everything you need and nothing you don’t!

Beautiful, open air, modern accommodations with a lovely view. My favorite part of the house is how all the windows open to create very little distinction between outdoor and indoor space. Even while indoors, you can still enjoy the weather and breeze of the outdoors... this is such a treat when visiting from a northern climate! We appreciated the little convenience store up the street which was an unexpected spot to catch a sunset one night! Shawn was very responsive and super friendly in his communications. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Family Vacation

First time vacationing in Puerto Rico. This house was the perfect place to escape too! It is very private with beautiful surroundings and has all the amenities needed! Shawn & Vanessa were extremely attentive when needed!!! The house is close to many of the popular surf breaks but sits at the top of the hill which gives you the privacy and amazing views!! We definitely hope to return sooner than later!!!

We are a family of four with two teenage boys. This house made our vacation. The openness of it, the layout and design is just awesome. We had everything we needed for our stay. The location is perfect and just a quick drive down to the beach where we surfed. Everything is in close proximity to the house. We will be returning and staying here again.

Clean, spacious, beautiful

When I arrived at this location, I was blown away by how beautiful this house was. I had been in contact with Shawn and he made my guest for my birthday vacation feel welcome and at home. There wasn't a day that went by that I didn't hesitate to just contact Shawn if I had any questions or just sit in this paradise and enjoy the breath taking view. I will be staying here again in the future. The only word of advice is a car is needed I think so plan ahead and rent a car don't be cheap like my friends and I.
