Now under new ownership (that’s us we’re continuing the tradition blending the laid-back spirit of the island with fresh upgrades, local flavor, and a few surprises along the way.



Perched at the very top of the property, this third-floor suite is a true sanctuary in the sky. Please note that access is by stairs only, as the suite is located on the third floor. Designed with peace, privacy, and perspective in mind, it’s the perfect escape for couples, honeymooners, or solo travelers looking to slow down and reconnect with the rhythm of the island.



Inside, vaulted ceilings create an airy sense of space, while a queen-size bed with soft linens and curated details invites rest and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare laid-back breakfasts or sunset dinners at home, and the cozy lounge area is ideal for reading, relaxing, or streaming your favorites with fast Wi-Fi and a Smart TV.



Step out onto your private top-floor balcony and take in the magic of it all. Whether you’re sipping morning coffee with the breeze in your hair or enjoying a quiet toast at golden hour, this elevated perch offers a stunning view of the swaying palms and sea beyond. With the quietest footprint on the property, this penthouse suite is your peaceful refuge above it all yet just steps from the surf, cafes, and vibrant local life below.



Inside your guide, you’ll find everything you need for a seamless stay, including local food tips, surf recommendations, house info, and exclusive guest perks. When it’s time to head out, all we ask is that you bag the trash and place it in the bin area off the street in front of the vacant lot, leave used towels in the bathroom, turn on the A/C and set it to 70 degrees, and double-check for any personal items.

That’s it. No deep clean needed you’re on vacation, after all.
