Very peaceful. Good location. Very nice staff. Internet wasn’t great. It went out a few times during our stay. The hot water is too much. Very hard to keep the water temperature comfortable in the shower.

The room was fine and clean. My only complaint would be that the website was not clear about the lack of a kitchen. It states there is a refrigerator and a coffee maker which is true. In my mind a fridge implies you can keep drinks like milk for coffee and if you have milk maybe you would want a bowl of cereal in the morning or a glass of OJ. Maybe you would want some fruit you could cut up for snacks. there are two plates and two coffee cups in the room When I asked about a couple bowls or a glass or silverware I was told its not a kitchen and you don't get any of those things because there is no sink to clean things in. A little more clarity in the reservation form would be nice

The room is very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the stay very much. Suggestion on communciation: Please communicate more precisely so as not to customer's anxiety. On the check-in day, the payment was not successfully processed due to glitches on my credit card. I was informed that my reservation had been canceled. I had to rebook my reservation subject to availability. I was panick and was enroute with pretty noisy background. I might have behaved not very politely on the phone when talking to the staff to fix the reservation problem. I apologized for that. Had I not been told my reservation was canceled but pending, I would have behaved more calmly.

Hot tub was wonderful. I loved room 13 for a couple but would suggest the put a black out of something of the sort on the door. The frosted glass lets in the light from the hallway = room doesn't get dark for quality sleep. Secluded yet next to the beach area.
