Now under new ownership (that’s us Puntas Tree House remains true to its roots while stepping into a new chapter of island hospitality combining laid-back comfort with thoughtful upgrades, local flavor, and just the right touch of magic.



This spacious, breezy second-floor flat is perfect for families, couples traveling together, or small groups looking for a place to truly settle in. Elevated above the garden and nestled among the palms, the unit captures the best of Rincón’s natural light from sun-filled mornings to soft golden evenings as it filters through the trees.



Inside, you’ll find two private bedrooms, each with a queen bed and styled for restful simplicity. A full kitchen provides everything you need to prepare beach snacks or easy home-cooked meals, while the dining area invites long conversations, game nights, and shared stories after a day by the sea. Step outside onto one of two private balconies to enjoy the ocean breeze and catch glimpses of the horizon beyond. With fast Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and access to the shared garden lounge and outdoor shower, this flat strikes a perfect balance between comfort and connection ideal for guests who want more than just a place to crash.

As you prepare to leave, we just ask that you bag your trash and place it in the designated bin area off the street in front of the vacant lot, leave used towels in the bathroom, set the A/C to 70°F, and make sure all doors are locked. And don’t forget to check for chargers, passports, or beach gear before heading out. No deep cleaning needed you’re on vacation, after all.
