Summary:

Walk to the beach, town plaza, Marina, restaurants, shopping, and bars! This fully stocked townhouse has everything you need to enjoy a seamless vacation: A/C in all rooms, Wi-Fi and cable, a Generac Generator in case of a power outage, beach chairs, outdoor dining, a charcoal grill, a washer and dryer, linens, and games.

Centrally located in town, Vista Azul is a friendly residential neighborhood with a gated yard.



The Space:

The townhouse is located in the heart of Rincon. The neighborhood is comprised of locals, ex-pats and tourists. The neighbors are friendly, the beach is close, the restaurants, bars and shopping are within walking distance.

Stunning sunset views and views to Desecheo island from the Balneario beach just a short walk from the house.



This house sleeps a MAXIMUM of 6 guests



Generac Generator for back up power.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire house. It is set up for rentals.



The Neighborhood:

Residential. Centrally located. Safe. Mix of locals, full time ex-pats and tourists. Close to everything.



Getting Around:

Rental car is highly recommended. Rincon is only 4 miles end to end and you will be staying in the heart of everything with very little hills, but if you want to explore other neighborhoods there are hills and the sidewalks are not great.

You can always hire a driver but they need to be scheduled in advance.



Other Things to Note:

You have access to a couple of beaches close to the house. The balneario and the marina beaches are great for swimming and the water is typically calm throughout the year.

If you are looking for waves and surfing try going to Maria's Beach, Domes, or Sandy Beach. All within 1-2 miles of the house.



In the event of a power outage inform the manager so we can set up the generator if needed



We reserve the right to cancel/limit bookings based on number of nights during Holiday weeks/weekends (3-5 days)

Exceptions to the rule apply



We are located on the western point of the island.

We are2.5 hours from SJU Airport, 35 minutes from both BQN & MAZ airports and 1.5 hours from PSE Airport in Ponce.



To avoid the drive from San Juan there is a Cape Air flight that goes direct multiple times a day from SJU to MAZ.



Interaction with Guests:

Property manager lives less than 2 minutes away and is available 24/7 by phone or text message for any questions or needs.

Property manager will only come to the house if requested by the renters.

As a guest of this condo, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
