Upstairs: 2 bedrooms face the water with a queen size bed and bureau in one and a full in the other. Across the hall is the 3rd bedroom with a queen bed, a large dresser and 2 closets. A full bath completes the upstairs. Main level: mudroom, kitchen, living room with double reclining love seat, double reclining couch, rocking chair and glider rocker, dining room seats 6. Living room door opens to enclosed/screen porch with couch, table with 2 chairs and unobstructed view of Pearly Pond. Out the front door a few steps to 110' of water frontage & fabulous view of Mt. Monadnock.


Four season opportunities for vacation.: This is a seasonal vacation opportunity yielding all the activities surrounding each Summer and Fall. In the Fall, the foliage is right in front of you at the cottage or you may want to go on an auto excursion on the back roads and discover the brilliant colors that Mother Nature creates with all the species of hardwoods that are abundant in this section of NH. There are many attractions in the area suitable for the whole family as well as stores, restaurants and services.

This cottage offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
