The space
Completely renovated, modern, stylish apartment in the heart of Copacabana. This apartment is a quick 5-minute walk to the beach and a 5-minute walk to the Siqueira Campos Metrô station. There are several restaurants, a major grocery store, bakeries, and juice shops on the street.
The Apartment
I recently renovated the entire apartment. It is bright and spacious, and everything in the apartment is brand new. The apartment has a full-sized bed, a sofa bed that sleeps two, a brand new refrigerator, washer/dryer, microwave, stove with 4 burners, an oven, 2 brand new TVs, a brand new air conditioning unit in the living room as well as the new AC unit in the bathroom. The apartment has high-speed WiFi, a desk and chair for your work and studies, a table and chairs for your dining purposes, an amazing comfortable shower head and bidet in the bathroom, and impressive LED lights throughout the apartment. I've installed blackout curtains in the evening that will block the morning sun! Also, there is a beach chair and beach umbrella for you to use, as well as an iron for your clothes, and a table fan for your comfort. In addition to the proximity to the Metrô station, beach, 3 pharmacies, restaurants, bars, laundromat, 4 gyms, and shopping within a few minutes walk, there is also an Itaú bicycle rental right in front of the apartment. Everyone who stays here loves the experience, and I'm sure you will, too!
