We stayed at Américas Gaivota Hotel for one night and it was a horrible experience. We arrived around 10:00 pm and the room was dirty and old, with stained sheets and mold in the bathroom. Within minutes, my husband was bitten multiple times by mosquitoes, we killed several but they just kept coming. I was also bitten on my leg before even falling asleep. After less than an hour of trying, we had to leave because it was impossible to rest. The hallway and even the lobby were full of mosquitoes, and the staff member at the desk was swatting them away while talking to us. Very disappointing stay and definitely not recommended.

Cheguei a meia noite depois de 14hrs de estrada, me colocaram num quarto sem luz, qdo reclamei me perguntaram se eu não ia dormir, e então poderia ficar sem luz, depois me mudarám para um quarto com 2 camas de solteiro, eu não caibo numa cama de solteiro e o ar condicionado era de janela e fazia um barulho terrível, depois de muita discussão me trocaram para o quarto certo, eu só queria dormir e tive que passar por tudo isso. Lastimável

La chambre a peu près propre, le petit déjeuner honnête. Sécurité bonne. Touriste étranger alcoolisée et bruyant empêchant la tranquillité des voisins de l'hôtel qui vivent de manière permanente au Jardim oceanico. Chambre dans l'arrière cour de l'hôtel sale. Climatisation sale, vieille et bruyante. Salle de bain sale. Porte ouvrante de l'hôtel en très mauvais état Je n'y reviendrais pas.

Hotel com excelente custo benefício, sempre me hospedo aqui e apesar de uma estrutura simples, tem um bom café e camas confortáveis e ótimo chuveiro. Perto da praia (500mt eu acho) fica perto da rua Olégario que tem muitos restaurantes, área segura. Recomendo
