Excellent apartment overlooking the Flemish beach, 100m2 from the beach. Safe and well located street next to the flamenco park. Close to the Redeemer Christ, Sugarloaf Mountain, Arcos da Lapa, Copacabana. it is 150 meters from the metro da glory and flamengo, several bus stops around and very close to the airport. 20 meters from shops (pharmacies, markets, bakeries, gyms, restaurants and bars) there are numerous types of restaurants around such as (Japanese, pizzerias, artisan burger, vegan) in front of the building when crossing the street you can enjoy the embankment of flamenco, ample outdoor space for activities (running, football, volleyball, cycling) taking the metro will be at 2 or 3 stations in Copacabana and very close to Ipanema the same happens to get to lapa which is so close that the path can be done walking and finding various tourist spots such as the Santa Teresa cable car and the saddle staircase.
