Perfect location with friendly staff

As many other have pointed out, the location is absolutely perfectly situated near both main beaches, and the front desk staff were very helpful and efficient. The rooftop bar and restaurant was also terrific.

Room was nice but my bed had sand under the covers when pulled back. Everything else was clean and comfortable. Had lots of USB plugs in room. Nice furnishings. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

I loved this hotel! Clean, sleek, cool. Spacious rooms. Amazing rooftop with pool and bar that overlooks Arpoador Beach. Also, you are right on that beach!! So the location can’t be be beat. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. The staff are so professional, friendly, and kind. My only complaint is that the walls in the room are very thin. You could hear complete conversations or even someone snoring in room next door. Besides that, a perfect stay. I would lodge here again.

The rooms are a bit wanky, but good overall. The only thing is that it barely has a sea view, you literally have to plaster your face to the windows to see partial view of the sea.

Our stay at Arena Ipanema Hotel, was great. The staff was friendly, and fun. The check-in/out process was easy. We stayed during NYE, and there was security on-site which added a level of security during our stay. The fitness center was extremely small but we found a gym with an inexpensive day pass just an uber drive away. Overall the experience was great and we will be returning!
