Improvement Tips for Rio Olympics

Only 2 staff spoke a little English so communication was a problem. My 2 rooms were mixed up eg I got my daughter's room for 4 people, so our 2 grandchildren slept with my wife and I.

Resepsjonen hadde engelsktalende personell. Blandet annet en som hadde bodd 37 år i New York. Hyggelig og hjelpsom. Vi hadde en stor leilighet med to sov og to bad. Tror den var nylig oppusset, og kan ikke garantere at alle leilighetene har samme standard.

Um bom hotel com alguns contratempos.

A localização e o espaço são excelentes. Fica próximo a restaurantes, padaria e farmácia. Há estacionamento. O hotel peca apenas na organização e falta de comunicação entre os funcionários. Recebi um quarto com a bagunça dos hóspedes anteriores e a arrumadeira veio em seguida. Não há café da manha, mas já é informado no ato da compra. Há cozinha, mas faltam utensílios, como pratos. Solicitei um funcionário para sintonizar os canais da tv e não veio. Se nao tivesse os contratempos, a estadia seria muito boa.

Excelente custo/beneficio - ÓTIMA Localização

Excelente opção para quem viaja em família. Os quartos são espaçosos e o atendimento foi bastante cordial. (precisamos imprimir alguns vauchers e fomos prontamente atendidos na administração do hotel que nos cedeu a impressora). De qualquer forma, o ponto de destaque é a localização: A 2 quarteirões da praia de Copacabana, 4 quarteirões de Ipanema...

Tudo ok, não tem café da manha, porem uma cozinha bacana, atendentes muito receptivos e um dos pontos positivo é que tem estacionamento e é gratis. Recomendo.Bem localizado e quarto espaçoso.
